We needed to replace a bed quickly and were not really bothered if it was a cheap bed as the plan was to not use it for long, the bed was a little fiddly to put together but once it was together I was very suprised by the quality and how stable the bed was. We never bothered it replacing it and 3 months later its absolutely fine, no wear and used by our 16 year old teen. The bed ends are nice and it looks good in the room and there is enough clearance for 2 good sized storage boxes underneath, there is a pole for stability in the center which means you cant pile more starage stuff under but thats probably a good thing.

Great bed, very sturdy, I built myself in an hour. I brought the single, I have only given it 4 stars because as the bed is slightly too wide for a single mattress so you do end up with a couple of inches either side of the mattress, it doesn’t suggest a mattress to go with the bed base either so I’m not sure whether this is a design fault or not a typical UK single bed size. Great value for money though.
