Decent bed, not too tricky to put up either… I did it with my 9 year old and it took just over an hour. One of the mattress clips did snap which seems to be an issue with a poor weld but everything else seems pretty solid. The led is not built in which I was surprised with but maybe I didn’t read the description properly?. It uses a one of the USB ports on the shelf. I actually bought 2 of these for my boys who share a room.

This is an amazing well designed single modern bed with shelf and lights included. It’s sturdy, there’s no noise when you move about like some metal beds. It’s not cheaply made, in fact it looks much more expensive than it was. Definitely value for money. The comfort will depend on the type of quality mattress you put on it, we have a thick sprung mattress, firm and it’s super comfy. It was straight forward to put together the instructions were spot on. My 12 year old put it together on his own and he is over the moon with it. The led lights give it a modern hi tech type look against the metal. Highly recommended

On unpacking 2 of the peices were damaged, they do not supply helpline for spare parts so i had to return and order a second bed. This one was fine, but the instructions are AWFUL (and I am good at this sort of thing, usually). bits didn't fit were they were supposed to, I had to buy extra bolts from toolstation because the ones supplied kept shearing the thread. Overall, looks good, HARD to put together, cheaply made.
