It was delivered in two flat pack boxes. Easy assembly, my 21yr old built it up. The headboard is of nice quality and the lift up mechanism is very smooth. A good quality bed for the price.

Set the bed up about 2-weeks ago, self assembled myself easy enough although 2 people would make it far quicker. For a low cost bed it’s quite robust ever for couples. Under bed storage is pretty decent and lifts/lowers with ease. The bed is quite compact, it’s given me more space in my bedroom as the frame and headboard isn’t big and bulky. All parts and fittings were bagged and easy to follow instructions. This bed is suitable for 250kg which is good for a low cost bed, some I looked at were only rated 150kg.

We ordered this bed for delivery on a specific day. We waited in for the bed, it didn’t turn up and no information from courier (DX Freight). It took me calling the courier to find out they had decided to leave it off delivery as it wouldn’t fit in the van with all the other deliveries. As this wasn’t our fault it was agreed for delivery on the Saturday. Again waited in all day, nothing. Finally arrived today (Monday). However, the seller was very helpful, quick to respond, and also done what they could their side to ensure delivery was received! I am very surprised at how good the customer service was. They knew we were desperate for this bed and a refund was offered if we managed to source one elsewhere quicker. We gave it one more day, and I’m glad we did, as the bed is exactly what we wanted. Perfect size, perfect design, easy to build and very sturdy. Thank you.

Ottoman style double bed was fairly easy to put together , could have had better instructions in step 7 but still understandable , the bed is good quality for the price , so not the same as a £400 bed but still good, I find the bed is very comfortable with my old mattress and quite like the fact that it is fairly low to the floor , plenty of storage space with the gas struts being quite vicious when opening , but they should soften over time, so over all for the price under £200 this bed is definitely worth the money if you have pretty average or better DIY skills.
