I would definitely give 5 stars for value for money - wood is expensive and they have generally been made nicely. I dropped a star however as one of the boxes had sharp pin/staples sticking through to the inside where the side panels had been fitted slightly off line. I would also agree with other buyers in that the legs and underside would benefit from stronger fixings/screws which I intend doing. Also you need to be aware that the advert says "drain holes". In fact the bottom is slatted with the slats spaced a long way apart so the boxes have to be lined otherwise the earth will simply fall out the base.

I had to replace one leg as the wood had been crushed and the timber fibre exposed and only 15 screws out of 16 one missing quality control needs to be improved

A very solid vegetable planter at a very reasonable price, now awaiting warmer weather! Unfortunately the lack of pre-drilled holes, the use of pins instead of screws on the base and the provision of cheap screws to put it together, was pretty inexcusable. However, so long as you have a drill, 32 decent screws & some patience, you should end up very satisfied with your purchase. 😀
