I purchased this air bed as a guest bed for my daughter and to use whilst camping. My daughter has trouble sleeping however she has slept so well on this bed. It is very comfortable and keeps its shape perfectly. The bed is the best one I have ever purchased. There's just a couple of issues. I wish I had known how noisy it is when blowing up. The noise is almost unbearable to sensitive ears and the dog. There's a high pitch whistling as well as the pump noise. The 3 minutes blow up time seems to go on forever but once up it is amazing. Also be sure to use a good ground sheet or a warm mattress protector as the cold comes up through the mattress. Other than these 2 issues I cannot fault the airbed. The dog and cats have enjoyed it too. The actual fabric is thick and of excellent quality. It is very easy to fold up and pack away. I would like their to have been a build in ground sheet, that would've been even better. I am glad that I tried it at home prior to going camping.

First time purchasing an air bed, decided to inflate which was super easy and was surprised how quick it looked like a bed. Next day when inflating again, noticed air was not being kept. Upon rotating the bed noticed a small hole on the underside. When though was on carpet and no sharp objects or anything on the floor. Really disappointed with this.. This was my first time purchasing an air bed, and I was initially impressed with how easy it was to inflate. It quickly took shape and looked like a proper bed, which gave me hope for a comfortable night's sleep. However, my experience took a sharp turn the next day when I went to reinflate it. I noticed the air wasn’t holding, and upon inspecting the bed, I found a small hole on the underside. This was especially frustrating since the bed had only been used on carpet, with no sharp objects or rough surfaces around. I’m really disappointed with the quality and durability of this product. For something that’s supposed to provide reliable comfort, it failed after just one use. Definitely not what I expected.

Update - My original review is below but I have to update - just ordered my third one! The first one lasted quite a long time and got quite a lot of use but eventually started to leak. So I bought another one. That one only got used a couple of times before it leaked. Apparently there is supposed to be a puncture repair kit in the box but I don't think there was one in my box. Meanwhile I bought a zedbed. But as it happens have a situation where I need more than one spare bed at short notice and the only thing I could get next day delivery was another one of these. So fingers crossed this one lasts a lot longer than the second one! I also ordered a puncture repair kit at the same time and will attempt to repair the first two. Because when it works it is very comfortable and convenient. Whereas the zedbed is a bit low. Best purchase I have made for ages. This is way better than those crackly beds at floor level you need to inflate with a footpump, This has a little comparment at one end, housing a cable with a 3 pin plug on it. You plug it in and turn the knob to "inflate" and it blows it up in about 2 or 3 minutes. Sounds like a vaccuum cleaner. It's quite firm but very comfortable. And it's the same height as a standard single bed. Important when my knees are so bad I can't kneel down and get up again. I am waiting for a stairlift to be fitted and stuck downstairs and after 3 nights on the sofa I couldn't stick it any more, so ordered this. It will also be handy for when we have visitors. Highly recommended. By the way the instructions tell you that the first few times you use it, it loses a bit of air during the day and needs topping up - and this is normal.

Built in air pump works fine. Loses air pressure over time, just need to add air. Isn't really a problem for me since we inflate in the evening and deflate in the morning. Overall, it think it's a good buy -Update After 2 weeks of regular use, I noticed that the bed expanded in width and height. It's no longer losing air pressure overnight. Perhaps the overnight air pressure loss during the first week is caused by the expansion of the material. Now, it is even more comfortable 👍👍

We bought it for our guests and they will come the day after tomorrow and its not tried yet, I inflated and deflated it and it was ok, just there is a drawback because no carry bag was included in the package.
