Firstly the good points Generally good quality although with several minor defects The best assembly instructions I have ever encountered My grand children are thrilled with the results Not so good The laths which support the mattress flex considerably---do not look strong enough---there is no indication regarding the maximum weight permitted to the top bunk Assembly is at least 8 hours assuming an electric drill/screw-hex bits are used Delivery was split with no notification or parcel tracking Bottom step retaining screw fouls with the upright post fixing A Fixing holes to the magnetic catches too large had to plug with wood Steps backing board needed three extra fixings to the bottom Insufficient pre drilled holes for door hinges Numbering to some parts was stamped rather than a label and as a consequence really difficult to read

I was really confused when I was buying it because all of the reviews was about a black metal bedframe and I felt like I will spend all these money and it will be rubbish. Surprisingly it is just awesome! It's nice and sturdy, easy to assemble, wood is nice and soft in touch, even bottoms of the drawers are nice and thick and hard to bend even by hand 😊 I feel like it was very well spent money and 👌 Just perfect bed ❤️ Highly recommend

I had some issues with delivery that were sorted out quickly upon contacting the seller! Once built it is a little jiggly - on the down side you can get a bit of motion sickness (my 9 year old in top bunk is a fidget). On the plus side, you can tell when they are asleep without entering the room 😄 Looks lovely and draws are on metal runners and trundle is easy to move. Just wish it was a little more sturdy.

I bought this product for my two young sons, aged 1 &3, it looks lovely but the material isn’t the strongest. Many of the attaching points broke during construction, either from weak glue or flimsy chipboard material. I requested a refund but never got a response from seller. I am very disappointed.

It’s a solid structure and the finishing of the materials is very good. I’m happy with it and my daughter loves it. The only suggestion I will make is the color of the sealing. The dark brown is not ideal. The other thing which didn’t work well was the delivery. This is why i rated with a 4. The package were left 50m away from my front door and I needed to carry it, very unacceptable!
