I bought this product in January 2025 used it twice and it deflates while sleeping. Have tried to complain but keep getting sent round in circles. Extremely frustrated because it has been a total waste of money!!! How do you contact these people to make a complaint!!!!

Brought these as they had good reviews and have not been disappointed. Used over several nights with no deflation and very comfortable. Very easy to inflate and deflate. They come with storage bags and fit neatly away when not in use. They can be inflated with a standard pump as they have a valve although might take a while. I am very impressed with their design and quality and would recommend. I brought 2 so had an extra 10% discount and think they are excellent value for the money. I waited until we had used several times before writing this review. Both adults and children have used them and found them comfortable.
