Not suitable for too heavy individuals. It was easy to inflate and deflate and store. My guests found it to be very comfortable and the height was perfect- felt like a normal bed. The price was very good and the delivery was quick as agreed. Very happy with this purchase!

We bought this as a guest bed to replace a very skimpy camp bed with a very thin mattress. This air bed inflates very easily and then forms a firm surface to sleep on, quite unlike the squashy Lilos of old. We recently used it for several nights with an adult granddaughter sleeping on it. We would recommend putting a blanket or mattress cover under the bottom sheet to make the bed a bit smoother. Our guest moved the bed around a bit, and although it's quite heavy when deflated, it was pretty easy to move. Obviously we were worried that it might deflate while a person was sleeping but that didn't happen. Deflating was also easy, but making the deflated mattress small enough to go into the storage sack provided was too difficult for us, or perhaps we weren't very persistent. All in all, a good purchase which we hope will serve us for a long time.

Needed another sleeping mattress. This did the job really well. Was easy to blow up and put down. Didn’t smell and didn’t deflate. Was nice as high up and comfy. It was only used by 1 person but I think 2 small children would be ok. It was a good price from amazon compared to other retailers. It doesn’t take up too much room and I stored under my bureau

I bought this because my Labrador had to have double crucible ligament surgery on her back legs and she’s always slept under my bed upstairs. Following surgery she’s not allowed upstairs for 2-3 months and she’s too big to carry up and down. So I needed another option which was to either get a sleeping bag and move downstairs or get an inflatable mattress so I bought this one. Daisy dog is doing well (touch wood…) and this will be my ninth night using this bed downstairs in the British winter in January. It’s much colder downstairs than I thought it would be. The first night I slept on it with just my duvet and pillows, I don’t think I’d be able to put a normal bed sheet on this inflatable as there is nowhere to tuck it in. Anyway, it’s cold downstairs and the bed doesn’t have any insulation that your nice mattress might have. This means in winter when the heating is off overnight the mattress gets cold which is going to happen with any mattress that’s full of air, so 100% you’re going to want a blanket to put on the top of the mattress otherwise you’re going to be cold even though you’ve got the purple textured bit on the top which provides plenty of grip but not warmth - so get a blanket and put that on the top of the mattress as that works well. It inflates itself in a couple of minutes (I’ve not timed it) and apart from having to faff the little plastic cover open where you store the plug and cable it’s okay. It’s quite noisy when you’re inflating and deflating as it’s a little motor but it doesn’t seem to strain itself or anything but if you’re inflating or deflating while others are sleeping it’s like the sound a cordless vacuum cleaner would make, if you see what I mean. I’m 6’7” tall and the mattress is a nice size and as I sleep at an angle like I do in most beds. It’s about the same height as my settee when inflated so it’s lower than my normal bed but it’s not problematic. The bed itself when inflated is silent when you’re laying down on it or flopping around (it doesn’t squeak, and mine sits on top of the downstairs carpet) and unless you’ve got it touching something like a wall, furniture or whatever it’s not going to make any sounds or anything. While it is bulky when inflated it’s not heavy and I’ve not got the impression that it’s particularly delicate. It feels very stable and I’ve never felt like it was going to turn over when I’m near the edge. After a while of sleeping on it it does seem to settle slightly but I don’t think I’d describe it as deflating. I’ve got no useful way to measure the firmness or anything apart from experience or opinion but in the morning it’s ever so slightly softer than when just inflated, but I wouldn’t say it’s deflating. The manual does describe this as settling or something like that, but it’s not a problem and I’ve never felt the need to plug it back in and put more air in it. It doesn’t smell of plastic or rubber or anything, I’m not sure of the material but it’s probably some stretchy plastic but it doesn’t feel cheap or anything. Due to the plastic supports inside which stop it from turning into a round balloon depending on where your hips have landed you can feel like you’re kind of stuck in a dimple or something but just move left or right a couple of inches and you’re out. Deflating is just the reverse of inflating. You plug it in and turn the knob to deflate and it goes down in a few minutes. Although the bed doesn’t smell of plastic when in use, when deflating and it’s blowing their air out from inside there is the slight aroma of plastic just when you do this which goes away quickly. The powered deflation does get all the air out too making folding it away easier. I was initially quite meticulous with folding it up and putting it in the bag it comes with for storage through the day but after a few days that all went out the window and I get up, take everything off of it, deflate it and the fold it and shove it under a side board - regularly faffing anything first thing in the morning is tiresome but it has been quite forgiving and maybe I’m not as young as I used to be but maybe I’m just rushing it but it does leave me out of breath. I just want everything away so I can get the day going as it’s as big as the size I ordered and therefore it takes up most of the room it’s in but I can’t do much about that. In summary, it’s a fine temporary bed. I do miss my real bed upstairs but it’s necessary thing for the next couple of months so it’s my main bed for now but just takes a bit of admin. If you were thinking about which bed to buy from all the ones on here, this one seems good after nine days of use. It looks okay just like the photos in the listing. I would take some photos but nobody needs to see my living room with an inflatable mattress stuck in the middle and a sad looking Labrador with a cone of shame on, you can use your imagination!

This is easy to inflate, having a built in electric pump which works off a USB connection. Pumps up really quickly and once inflated it’s quite a big size - high and wide. My 6ft 3” son used it and found it comfortable. Doesn’t deflate overnight. Once done with the pump can reverse and deflate it. It then folds up easily and fits into the storage bag supplied. Really happy with this inflatable bed!
