Got it whilst waiting bed delivery! It’s is so comfortable. I thought that the pump was missing when it arrived, but it is neatly stored in the body of the bed, takes minutes to fill, and minutes to deflate, just plug in and go! with regard to the firmness, this is would be up to the user as you can let air out if too firm

Bed was very comfortable, easy to inflate and deflate with bult in pump. This is the second of these beds. And are not used a lot . I purchased bed on january 12th tested the bed out all good. inflated this bed on the 15th of Feb due to having visitors. The bed went down in minutes of us getting in. We inflated the bed and tried again no it just went down. So I decided to return the bed only to find the date for return was the 12th of Feb. I think something that is not of permanent use should have longer to return.

Love this bed. Was easy to unfold, plug in and inflate. Took 2 mins to lay out and 2 mins 30 seconds to fully inflate. I followed the instructions after a few hours to put a few seconds of air back in just to stretch the fabric for first use but to be honest it hardly dropped. Have left it inflated for 2 days now and there was only the most miniscule drop in air so really pleased. The deflating isn't as quick as they say but I purposefully didn't help the air out. Gonna say I love this bed and is a real bargain for what it is.

- Care instructions • Make sure that the airbed is laid on a level surface free from stones and sharp objects. Bed may tip over on uneven surfaces, • Never run the pump for longer than 10 minutes at a time. Let the motor cool down for 7 minutes before using it again. Disconnect the plug when the pump is not in use, • Do not over inflate the airbed. Stop inflating once the airbed is fully expanded and firm, • When fully inflated ALWAYS turn the valve at pump to the off (middle) position to prevent deflation, • Do not expose the electric pump to moisture, • Avoid exposing your airbed to extreme temperature (hot or cold). In hot weather, the air will expand. You must let out some air to prevent the airbed from failing due to overpressure. In cold weather your airbed will lose some pressure due to the fact that the air will contract
